Human resources

The human resources system is designed to keep records of the organization’s personnel, and to make rational decisions based on them, to properly plan human resources, and to develop comprehensive research and analysis reports.

Salary

The payroll system is a subsystem that works in connection with the Human Resources system for the purpose of automating the registration and transactions related to the calculation of wages and similar income of the employees of the organization. In addition to being able to change the rules for calculating salary increases, deductions, and advances according to the characteristics of the organization, it is also possible to flexibly calculate the salary of each branch, position, and employee, and calculate it simultaneously using multiple forms and rules.

Fixed assets

A system designed to keep records of fixed assets of the organization, calculate depreciation in accordance with standards, and automate transactions of income and expenses of supplies, vehicles, fuel cards and other valuable items for the internal needs of the organization. It also contains functional features such as planning, recording, conducting transactions, maintenance of fixed assets, and maintaining several depreciation books.

Inventory

Inventory is a system for ordering and keeping records of inventory required for internal needs of the organization, distributing them, keeping track of income and expenses, and making inquiries. This system includes functionality such as multi-warehouse and department record keeping, batch recording of inventory counts, and batch unpacking, as well as the ability to connect to Fixed Assets, Purchasing, and Requisition systems for automatic transactions.

 

Payables

This system is a system designed to classify long and short-term liabilities and payables of the organization by each claimant organization, and to automate the related payments.

Receivables

The accounts receivable system is designed to keep records related to the creation and collection of receivables, and to automate payments, and includes such functions as maintaining accounts receivable for each customer, automatically creating recurring invoices and sending them to customers, and calculating value added tax.
